Well I have almost finished my KH250 refurb...I took it for a ride and had my rather cheeky 24 year old :| record it for me!

I am slowly getting rid of all the other old bikes I have and buying more H2:s (finally understood what is important in life) but 250 is the soft spot.. very nice bike and great vid, thanks for posting :thumbup: :thumbup:

LOL she's got you sussed.......great video. Bike seems to be bogging down a bit, needs a little tuning maybe. Love the paint is that a super rare KH250A5?

Steve, you're right about the bog..that was the first ever run and carbs were set to factory spec. I since turned the air screws in so that they are only a half turn out, and raised up the needle a bit...it is way crisper now. That said, I have a charging issue so it is breaking up at higher RPM.

It is a KH250A5..and to make matters worse, it is Canadian spec so there are lots of quirky differences to this model (daytime running lights, 530 chain, 42T rear sprocket, different swingarm length, etc.). I like the bike though, it is soooo light you can push it around like a bicycle.
