Clutch adjustment.

First step is to slack off both the handlebar lever adjuster and the inline adjuster on the cable, so the lever doesn't pull the clutch released, full slack.

Then, on the release in the case, loosen the nut for the push rod adjuster, and back the adjustment screw out until it is fully slack.

Slowly tighten the adjuster screw on the release until you feel resistance, and see if the lever the cable is connected to is set to all the way down it will go, about 7:30 o'clock. Loosen the screw until the lever on the release hits the push rod at about 8:00, and lock the lock nut down.

Adjust the handlebar lever adjuster two full turns out from fully in, and set the lock nut. You will still have slack in the cable.

Now, adjust the inline adjuster to give 4 to 5 mm's of lever movement at the holder on the handlkebar, and lock the adjuster lock nut down.

Clutch is now correctly adjusted.

To check clutch operation, engine off, out of gear, clutch lever out, clutch engaged, kick starter SHOULD spin the engine over, with no clutch slippage. Clutch lever pulled all the way in to the handlebar, clutch released, kick starter SHOULD NOT spin the engine over, clutch should slip, NO resistance.

Looks good! Curious , how does it run with those filters? Do you need to
turn airscrew in a bit?
