That looks very nice Mark. When I did my RZ last year the Powder Coater I used said they had stopped using the high temp powder on headers cause they were not having good luck with it. They are near Batesville, Ar and do a lot of IMCA modified and late model frames for the stock car frame builders in the area. I think the header is the only area that you may have an issue and you don't see much of it anyway. I used PJ1 1500 degree flat paint on the header out to point of the first cone and then used PJ1 500 degree engine gloss paint on back. I really like the PJ1 product as it holds up well to all the engine fluids. The first cone back doesn't get very hot.
How is the PV and ignition controller working out?
The Zeel is working great. I connected the zeel to the catalizer light for the shift light. Didn't play a hole lot with the settings as I am not as educated as I would like to be about the effects. Don't want to blow the thing UP.
