Cruising the 72 around Monterey Ca, new motor, getting the bugs out of it. Runs great but surges a bit. Did not do that before the rebuild. I will adjust the needle clip and or the pilot jet see if that helps before getting Ivan's kit

Very nice!! With a lot of help from LC and MRAXL I was able to get rid of most surging from my H2. I went to 35 pilots and down to 107.5 mains (from 110)...then a lot of air screw tweaking. It took time, but ran like it should.

I couldn't get rid of the surge until I installed Ivan's kit. Can't sing the praises of his kit enough!

Move clip down to middle position. Not sure why on the second. Never messed with it, was running good for a bike that has not ran in 25 years, did 136 miles on it , but it needed a rebuild bad. Surge so much eliminated now. The crackle sound returning to the exhaust as before the rebuild. Running way cooler also. Head/cylinder temps temps down to 176 degrees, after a 20 minute ride. Seems oddly cool, the other day it was running 210. Plugs look great.

Not sure about beautiful bike. Nice view though. Keeping the bike original, 70's paint job, no shiny parts allowed. The Rust, scratches , dents and patina are what I love about it. Great to ride it and not worry about it getting a scratch. Only new thing(bought second hand) is the Works shocks. They are so nice for riding.

I do have pretty ones I ride.

With 14 motorcycles at the ready, how do you decide which to ride?
To bad Monterey is such a haul from SoCal. I'd love to see the stable.

Welllll, a lot are works in progress. Usually working on 3 at any given time. a lot of bugs need to be worked out before I even start dealing with another. I have 3 bikes with new powder coated frames, that need to be put back together and they are not on my list. Kind of lost interest in those.
