Heading for the hospital in 15 minutes for a bit of outpatient knee surgery for a torn meniscus. Happy meds and a spinal block and Bob's your uncle...A very minor tear, just a snip of the bad cartilage and clean up...Off work for 3 days

Looks like you'll have to paddle like a scooter with your good foot to push start the Pheonix!  No work doesn't mean no riding.  After all, you can't keep a good man down!  (or the front wheel!)  Hope all goes well with the surgery.

Forget what others said. Stay off your bike for a few day so that you can ride again later! I've seen people make it worse by doing too much. Peace be with you. |

At home on couch leg up, major pain meds and icebag on board. The only time it doesnt hurt is when I walk on it, which is OK according to Doc. So I take a lap up and down the hall every little while.Thanks to all for the kind words and well wishes. |
