My friend of 27 plus years passed away last thursday due to complications of diabetes. He was not a tripple guy but was a motorcycle guy just the same. He was really into all sorts of trikes and unusual kinds of trikes. He has built several VW trikes a corvette trike and the last one he just completed this spring was a goldwing trike with a bradly GT front end. More importantly though is the kind of friend he was. If you called him with a problem he would be there to help as soon as he could get there. He would give the shirt off his back if someone needed it. He was an expert heating and air, and refrigeration guy who came to my rescue when the local company's couldnt fix my problem. He is probably more famous around here for a trike he didnt build but was a favorite no matter where he took it (his "Rocket"). Dont know what else to say other than he will be missed. It was an honor knowing him.

I am very sorry to hear. He looked young. The kind of a person who gives of themselves without asking for something in return are rare these days. How old was he?

No not to the Gap but I was trying to talk him into going. Maybe bring the "Rocket". I told his family that I would be interested in buying his rocket, will keep you all posted on what happens with that.
