Ran the local half marathon in my leathers today. Raising money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Came home in 2:26, half an hour quicker than expected. Tough run but enjoyable. No chaffing.

Not only sweaty, but smelly! How do you clean those leathers??

And did you see those high leaps in the air, who the hell has energy to do so after running so much?

GREAT Job! Hope you raised a lot of money!

Just gave them a good scrub and a hose out - brand new!

The next one is going to be a bit tougher, doing it in a helmet too! http://nearlythere.co.nz/buildup.html

I remember years ago, hmmm, maybe in the early 90s, getting a soft "ice pack" for my horse riding helmet. It was made out of cloth/tissue, you wet it, froze it, but it was still pliable and kept your head cool for hours.

You must be able to find something like that now.
