That event always gets some national coverage. It's pretty awesome. I don't think I could get in one of those and be at the mercy of wind direction and speed. Seems there is always an accident, perhaps a new entrant to the world of ballooning. It's got to be scary the first time you venture off on your own. :shock: Yesterday, I took my daughter driving for the first time as she just acquired her learners permit. That was a bit nerve racking. I always have "concern" when I'm not in control. That high up..............I may need incontinent pants. :thumbup:

I have a variation of acrophobia where I freak when I am near a drop off. But have been ballooning twice. I almost bent the aluminum supports grasping so hard...... :lol:
