The Stihl is the only 2 stroke for me today. Bad storm hopefully none of my new fence is mashed ...
Too windy to really get a good ride in anyway...

I have an 028av super that's still hanging around. Needs a new jug and piston but it still cuts.  pretty much retired it for a husky 455 rancher. Now that thing eats wood quickly.

I grew up in the mountains of New Hampshire, had 5 chain saws by the time I was 16. My Stihl was always the one saw that ran everyday. After school I would fell trees for the oncoming winter, loved 2-strokes back then too. In the fall, before snow I would collect the 4 foot lengths and put them in the back of a Volkswagen van I made into a sort of log hauler. When the pile got big enough it was time to cut to stove length and rent a splitter. Spent the evenings with a file sharping the chains

I needed a chain saw to clean up after a wind storm literally a few weeks after we moved into this house. A former co worker lent me his Husky 345. I liked it so much I purchased my own.
