That vid has made its rounds on some of the machining forums I frequent. I will say I like the attitude and ethics of them but I think they need to start and upgrade sometime soon if they want to keep it a family run business. I would be surprised if the youngest could make a retirement out of it let alone one if his children. |

The local steel shop is very much like that one, including overhead belt driven lathes. |
