http://www.ski-doo.com/technologies/engine-technologies/2-strokes Quite an advanced 2 stroke, why the reed valves? If it is pulling plain air into the bottom end, what's a little reversion between friends? |

If it is pulling plain air into the bottom end, what's a little reversion between friends? Because a piston port is a primitive design. With or without fuel, charge blown out of the crankcase still reduces power, and causes the same bad turbulence in the intake system. |
