"That period from the late 1960s through the ’70s was the golden age of motorcycling in America..." Silly arse comment. I lived it and fail to understand any meaning to the term "Golden Age". If it means the first period of a whole host of motorcycles appearing in the market then I'd suggest the Golden Age occurred much earlier than the 60's. I'd call the 60's the beginnings of the present modern motorcycle. |
