To make a long story short, i know a guy that thinks that he can beat everything in the world. He has convinced himself fully that he can out run my GS1000L with his little chevy sun fire, or sun fish or something its one of the cheap 4 banger chevy's. And im trying to convince him that my GS makes MORE horsepower than his car does, AND THERES ABOUT THREE QUARTERS OF A TON DIFFERENCE IN WEIGHT. There is no way that he can out run me, even my bike being a shaft drive. But im going to shut him up when i can, and i will get it on helmet cam 4 yall :mrgreen:

All you really need to do is take your buddy as a passenger on the bike. He has no idea what acceleration is. :D

You will learn "grasshopper", that when you KNOW you can win for sure, that you don't argue, but agree, with your opponent. You suck him in, tell him you only have 100.00 or whatever amount that you can afford to lose, but you are a gambler and will take the challenge............ :thumbup: Then there are two things you can do, first, blast him in the race, and laugh all the way to the bank, or barely beat him, and go for 3 for 3 to get more of his money.......... ;)

Thats ok Moo, they have a little experience already, on grudge nights when I was running some of my buddies for " fun and bragging rights " I found out that they were side betting these guys (and taking there money) when I was just having fun ! They didnt even give me a cut ! Thats where I get my nickname "Nitrous Carl" :lol: :thumbup:
