Location: southwest wa. state
Sold a bike a few months back to a very nice fella in norway.. Bike had no title. I promised to store for him till he got all settled. was a bit alarmed when he told me he was going through ITS title service.. anyways looks like they came through. arrived in mail today an alabama license plate with current tags. and a registration in new owners name. will this alone work for export? I thought a title was needed? Is alabama a titleless state? sure hoping all is kosher. Maybe someone reads this thats in the know ;)
