I like it. Price don't seem bad either. |

I like the styling. Only Candy Red though and why are the side covers silver and don't match tank color?? Price is alittle high I think. Big plus is that it has a centerstand!! |

I preferred the original version shown at the show a few years back. Rumors are it is what it is - heavy and under-powered, and that hurts to say as I used to dream about that bike - I photoshopped a vrod engine into one - ![]() And even better IMO - ![]() ![]() The cafe version with a flat eight - ![]() How about that motor is a slammed cruiser - ![]() or a Rocker chassis - ![]() Anyway, a wonderful motorcycle, I am glad to see it finally coming here. |

I sat on the bike at a Japanese bike shop.Nice bike, not as big as you think !!!! Tank was a little square !!!! The one I sat on was Red,they make a Black one that they call " Black Style"Dark !!!!! The bike has been a hit in Japan, and I hope they sell a million of them here, then Kawasaki would have to rethink their retro bikes for the U.S. market !!!! The Japanese are already starting to paint them like the old CB 750's !!!!! http://www.visordown.com/motorcycle-new ... 20203.html http://hellforleathermagazine.com/2010/ ... 1100-four/ |

I'm finding low numbers for HP, Torque, and high numbers for weight. That seems odd since the 83 1100 was at 110 hp and dry at 530#. I would think todays Honda could beat that by a long shot. Heck..my R1200R makes 109 hp to the road ! Anyone find reliable numbers ? And i suspect whatever the numbers are, an H1 will smoke it by a long shot. Right ? ![]() |

At 87bhp, 68lb/ft and 540lbs (wet) it’s barely faster than that original 750. Nor is it a muscle bike in the vein of recent retros like Honda’s own CB1300, the Suzuki GSX1400 or Yamaha XJR1300. Instead, it’s just a nice, easy bike for getting around on. Something that’s about experience over performance. http://hellforleathermagazine.com/2012/ ... more-26083 |
