Jim, a while back I worked for a company that bottled spring water. In the winter the vents would freeze over on the trailers and that would happen when they were sucking the water out.. They did change policy that the driver needed to get up there and check first but they said every winter no fail it would happen at least once. I wasn't there long enough to see it happen, although I would have liked to seen it.

that looks like a job for the other thread on "tank dent removal".
