Stoner will retire, nothing left to prove, and the Ducati is a P.O.S. that has been holding Rossi back! Hayden is only the 4th or 5th best rider in the world, so no chance! What happened to Spies? (tongue in cheek guys!!!)

I wouldn't say Stoner has nothing left to prove. He has the talent to be one of the best of all time, but he's gonna quit. And he has every right to do that.

Yeah, I think Stoner winning on the Ducati sums it up, and he has been in Europe for something like 12 years. And I think he has had enough of the media and hangers-on distorting everything he says or does. Wonder who will wrestle the Ducati next year!?

The Ducati wasn't a good fit for Rossi. Great motorcycle company and previously a proven race record but the new racebike wasn't quite right.

He'll either show he still has it or have the longest race year of his life.

I think Stoner is making a good decision to get out. As Marco Simonelli proved, anything can happen at any time regardless of skill level.

Rossi will be top 3 or 4 soon as he gets onto that Yamaha, the Ducati is just wrong, and they are going nowhere!!

if rossi was in the same class as stoner he would have won races on the ducati , as STONER DID enough said , its easy to win on the best machine but a whole lot different on a piece of crap that stoner was riding and rossi is now

Apparently Yamaha isn't paying for Rossi's team to go with him to Yamaha. So that should get interesting. Also, if you've read Rossi's Bio, he talks about Ducati and why he didn't go there after Honda. The funny thing is that he went anyways and his fears came true. Dovi apparently will be Ducati's choice. We will wait and see! Been will probably be going back to WSBK. And it's unfortunate to see Stoner leave. That boy can ride! I'm a huge Rossi fan, but I have a feeling it will be another Lorenzo year next year.
