Beautiful bike. And it's a more "authentic" looking classic than the new Bonneville.

Very nice - I'd like to have one.

+1 yeah, I work at a Kawasaki dealership and just about everyone who comes in to look at the bike laments  the loss of the kicker. The bike could have been even better if Kawasaki kept a kick start on this new 'old' bike if only for the nostalgia 8-) .

Having said that ........ when I ride to work on my H2 and park it in the shop, the kids coming in to buy the Ninja 250s etc often times ask me what the kicker start pedal on the H2 is ........ :?:

I'd ride one of those. Isn't there also a cafe version of that bike like the thruxton? I remember seeing some pics a while back, but am not sure if it was factory of not.

I don't think so...not by Kawasaki anyway. I could be wrong. I am after all pretty stoooopid.

Unfortunately not. I was hoping they'd make the 800 a little "sportier"

This Japanese brochure will really make you want one (assuming you like old school / new bikes)
Stupid Kawasaki; it would be the only new bike they make that I would actually buy; wonder what they would cost in dollars?
