I'm on holiday with the family in Bryce canyon, Utah. My vintage tin hunting brain never takes a vacation! It appears the owner of the best western and surrounding hotels is so rich he decorates the grounds with some pretty rare tin. A crying shame to let a 34 ford coupe body rot like this but what can ya do?

A quick google search of 34 ford bodies for sale netted a pic of this same car. It goes without saying that everybody and their mom has surely asked about this body.

Bryce is great, flew there in the wife's plane once - Everything is owned Rubies!!! We spent a few nights in a tipi at Rubies campground - had a great lightening storm one night, was like being inside a lightbulb.

When I was young you could drive old rte 66... and n.m. and ariz. were littered with old model a's and early car's. Mostly full of bullet holes and partly stripped. But many looked much nicer then this one. Theres an old junkyard in montana that has hundreds of acres of early bodys. At least they did a few yrs ago...I currently have a 70 h1 roller as yard art. sitting next to an old plow and hand pump and wagon axle. :) The thing that really sticks with me. Is as a kid we as a family spent alot of time in ca. gold country. seeking antique bottles. Amazed me most old abandoned building's still had there old pot bellie stoves and lanterns and all kinds of collectibles. back when antique meant old junk. :o
