Just proves older Mustangs, especially GT390's, had sertious "axle tramp" issues.

Axle Tramp is that the same as wheel hop

Mopar built better everything drive train and suspension wise hard to hop hop a rear axle with a factory pinion snubber with torsion bar front end,,,,,, would have been a better movie if Steve McQueen had Kowalski part

Wheel hop is not nearly as severe as axle tramp, and, a simple pinion stop won't stop it on that car. Traction bars and a panhard bar/Wats linkage would help.

Sadly Hondu brochures from the period weren't exactly like those pictures
