Physics has intervened on my behalf, thanks to M in SC for the warning and advice. I loaded two bikes into the chocks I had and the 3rd one I loaded and placed onto the trailer in the place where the 3rd chock would go. I discovered that the load was too far aft. About 50 pounds of force enabled me to pick up the tongue and take the pressure off the hitch ball. With about 1100 pounds on I shouldn't be able to budge the tongue. That is very dangerous. I hadn't drilled the 3rd chock yet thank God so I only have to re-drill 4 holes to move the right hand chock up and then 4 more holes to mount the last one. I knew the potential for this existed was hoping I could get away with it but the possibility of a severe swaying incident isn't worth it. I can back the RD in and put the other two on the outside.
