I ordered some tubing and fittings for one of the gas lines in our gas stove from them yesterday around 6:30 pm. It arrived a little while ago, less than 18 hours later... and it's ground shipping! They have a clever way of putting their warehouses at UPS shipping hubs. The one in Georgia is the one that gets me the stuff less than a day after I order it.

Have you ever returned anything to them? All you have to do is send it to the address it came from. They don't even need a receipt. I asked about that and the guy said "We can see your address when it arrives, and use that to look up order." Compare that to the companies that make you get permission to return something and put a "return authorization number" prominently on the outside of the package, as well as including the receipt and all original packaging.
