Why is it that when I watched Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown show about southern Louisiana last night, not one of the Cajuns on the show had any accent, other than a slight southern accent? Many claimed to be direct descendants of the Acadians. I expected to hear a lot of folks that sounded like Justin Wilson.
