Since the time I started driving in 1976 I have always just bought used cars. Some where maybe only a year or two old with low miles but
never a new one. Since 2005 I have driven Mini Cooper R53's, worn out three of them. A few months ago I made the decision it was time
for something different and started doing research on the best AWD cars and small SUV's. For the money, the Subaru Crosstrek was my choice.
Got a Orange 2018 with the Eyesight option, it's like a driver assist with crash avoidance, lane change warning and all kinds of other stuff.
So until we move to Colorado I still have to spend 5 hours a day commuting, mine as well have a car that will make it easier. Won't miss
pushing the clutch in a 1000 times a day stuck on the 91 freeway.
I remember in the 80's back in New Hampshire every other car on the road was a Subaru, it's about time one is in my driveway.
