Yes, when looking from the side, but look down while sitting on it and see how narrow it is, compared to a triple.

Yes, the engine is more aerodynamic, and also more V-shaped. And from reading the article, more prone to dumping oil on the rear tire.

And it still sounds like a Harley. :D I really liked the center stand but it is a little hard to carry on the bike.

No doubt it would be a fun ride. And I think it looks pretty cool.
But look at the picture on page 47 and think...1950 technology.

Also, you can get something similar today in the XR1200.

Anybody caught one of the XR-1200 Racing Series events? Really, really good racing. The riders all seem to be loving it too...
