Yup, it's sprung with a funny little sliding spring and it only goes a couple of inches. As far as condition, someone attempted a restoration on it some time in the past, and some pieces will pass as new but it needs a lot of work to get it back to as-new again. It should be a very nice looking bike when I'm done. |
