Yep it is in really nice shape for 70 years old ( the tractor) The mower is much newer...

Still has a Mag too, very cool :thumbup: , I bought one of those mowers brand new in 1992 it cost 1500 dollars plus another 150 for the casters, had to have it

I gave $2500 for this one as depicted with a box of extra parts including a custom made trailer.hitch and a NOS seat cover plus the belt pulley. On an interesting note:
This tractor was equipped with the factory exhaust lift for the one point implements... the lever opposite the throttle opens a valve plumbed to the exhaust manifold and the exhaust is pressurized and connected to an air lift cylinder to raise the implements. Pressure was relieved to lower the implements...Mine has the system capped.

Your A is in darn nice condition and it came with an implement , I always shop tractors (Farmalls only) I believe ya did real good on that deal :clap:

I've seen but never used an exhaust lift but fairly sure it was an up down lift , not much control just up or down , after the A it became the Super A with hydraulic lift.

I feel funny talking to a farmer about tractors you know way more than I on tractors :thumbup: , I just really dig this old stuff but know squat about farming :lol:
