I think it would be fun to rip around on. It looks kind of sinister. |

I like those old Mark II's, they are good looking and fun to ride. I have one of sorts, it is actually a Classic with the EFI, with the frame modified and all the bodywork, wheels and brakes from the later 1981 J model. It'll be a good project, lots of parts still out there that aren't overly expensive. |

MkII's are worth some bucks, if you're not crazy about it sell it and you might be surprised at how much money you get. |

Wait till ya try to stuff that cluster back in there???? LOL Crabs ass hasn't got anything on that fit man. One side goes in and when you cheat across to push the other side/end in the 1st side pops out again. Almost bought one with a free spinning motor but not as nice as that one to look at. 500 bucks and a title. I blew it and missed out. Then was looking at a 1300 like the one I rode at Ricks this Summer. What a frigging Cadillac man.... |

I should have taken that 1300 for a spin, I have never rode one. I can't imagine how hard it is to get that bike apart The entire time I was pulling those carbs out I was thinking HOW THE _ _ _ _ am I going to get these back in!! And what if it needs jetting changes…UHG!!!! The plugs are BLACK BLACK so I know it is rich. I could have Just about rebuilt the entire top end of the H2 in the time it took to get those carbs off! |

They aren't that bad to put back on, make sure you block the end you start so it stays in place. Take the carbs off of a V65 Magna, go through them and re-install, that is a pain. You would be happy to have Kawasaki things in your hands after that. |

The old trick was a 2x4 that you wedged in from one side. That kept one side in as you pushed the rest of the rack in. |
