I'm getting exited, it will be one year ago next Friday that I started assembling my H2(it ended up taking 12 weeks to finish and get it to run)and I hope to be done in about four weeks.

Looks fantastic! I don't see an exhaust, what is your plan there? I bought the Doremi from my Z1 about a year ago, the fit and finish could not be better. |

I had to get the Doremi pipes for it, one of the only few reproduction parts that will be on it. They are still in the living room. |

When you get to the point of balancing those particular carbs, post same, as the balancing linkages and adjusters are extremely sensitive on early Z carbs, and are easy to not get right, while driving you berzerko in the process. NICE WORK, it's gonna be a really nice bike. |

Dave, I have a friend that was a Kawasaki mechanic for 45 years and I am hoping he makes it home before the first startup so he can make sure everything is set right. I can't wait, I haven't ridden a 1973 Z1 since they were new. |
