I'm getting exited, it will be one year ago next Friday that I started assembling my H2(it ended up taking 12 weeks to finish and get it to run)and I hope to be done in about four weeks.

Beautiful! That paint scheme is the best of all the Z's IMO.

Looks fantastic! I don't see an exhaust, what is your plan there? I bought the Doremi from my Z1 about a year ago, the fit and finish could not be better.

I had to get the Doremi pipes for it, one of the only few reproduction parts that will be on it. They are still in the living room.

When you get to the point of balancing those particular carbs, post same, as the balancing linkages and adjusters are extremely sensitive on early Z carbs, and are easy to not get right, while driving you berzerko in the process.

NICE WORK, it's gonna be a really nice bike.

You win, I just don't know what the prize is. ;)

Dave, I have a friend that was a Kawasaki mechanic for 45 years and I am hoping he makes it home before the first startup so he can make sure everything is set right. I can't wait, I haven't ridden a 1973 Z1 since they were new.
