Agreed, but it gets blurred with some state laws that call anything under 50cc a "moped", whether or not there are pedals. There's probably a better name. |

That's probably a Benelli 50cc two stroke engine, from the 70's. I believe, Alejandro Tomaso owned both Moto Guzzi and Benelli at that time. |
