In Illinois when you get a license plate for your motorcycle, a portion of the fee is supposed to be put into a account to help fund motorcycle training.. A couple years ago a bill was passed that removed a million dollars from this motorcycle training fund and put the million into the states' general fund to help fund other "more import" things.. Guess who was one of the senators responsible for pushing this bill through...

I have no love for Senator John Cullerton
