I was driving my wives CX9 AWD today in the snow, hated it!
Give me regular 4wheel drive, or rear wheel, or front wheel, no ABS and no traction control and good tires!
Im sure the statistics prove otherwise but thats my 2 cents.

The 3 most important things when it comes to winter driving are GOOD TIRES, Common Sense, and a bit of Skill....
and I'd say that on 95% of the vehicles I've owned and driven, Anti Lock brakes are set up too sensitive and are more of a hindrance than a help. Traction control is a joke of its own.
