All fairly correct boys and its just another way the mega company ebaypal makes their vig.
Neil bought an Ex brake system from me and he got whacked to convert it to US funds.
Hell if I had known that, Id have had him put it in a Canadian bank account I have.
So right on Andrew, no fees in country for "personal payments" IF paypal funds are used.
3% I believe I saw while sending some cash yesterday, if I used my bank or credit card to fund it.
Now I have another beef.....
I have had a Paypal Mastercard Credit/Debit card for over 10 years.
Always got 1.5% back on any purchase not as a debit, with my PIN.
Just noticed that I have not received a cent for over a year as far as I can tell.
Lifetime cash back was well over a grand too, might be half that much now again. LOL
