Jeez Barry, I ride my H2 on a dirt country road every time I take it out. :D

I know Jim, and you and I have the same story - as teenagers our first big bike being our H2. If I remember you were 19, I was 18 when we got'em.

But my chiropractor rode a dirt bike a couple of times - and that's all. VERY much a newbie and he's NOT a teenager either.

I asked him today what his wife thinks about him riding. He said "I'm working on it"

But he doesn't have to worry about injuries because he can manipulate himself.

You know those mechanical rolling machines they have for your back - I want one! 15 minutes on this is great! They're called Intersegmental Traction:

I went to sleep watching that... First bike I ever rode was a test-ride on a Suzuki T500 (which I bought) in 1968 !

if the guy had money i would reconmend a triumph speed triple or a street triple, if the guy didnt have that much money i would reconmend a CBR 600F3 or F4, just for learing to ride on the most reliable, best handling, most comfortable used bike you can find and put tons of hours and miles on it. then get the bike of his dreams after that.

edit: for a fat guy, i would reconmend loosing weight or a rocket 3 or something..

I would argue the point, J.P, but I think you are right! I have ridden in a stock production race (H2) where the CB360 was a "moving chicane" Bit scary!!
