Wow! Good lookin couple. I just hope he is able to recruit alot of talent and coach what talent he has here already. Arkansas coaching this year was not what our players deserved and it shows the quality of coaching that is required at this level of competition. Good luck with the championship.

Oh NNNnnnoooooo not again

With the close of the 2012 regular season, and the 2013 BCS Championship game set between Notre Dame and Alabama, fans are already turning their attention to next season; especially those that won’t be making a trip to sunny South Beach this January.

Athlon Sports has released a very early look at next season’s rankings. To no one’s surprise, the Alabama Crimson Tide come in at the top spot. The Tide will be returning QB AJ McCarron, who announced recently that he would be back for his senior season.

Ohio State and QB Braxton Miller will also be one of the preseason favorites. The Buckeyes were banned from bowl participation this year due to NCAA sanctions, but next year will be a different story for head coach Urban Meyer and crew.

The top 10 is once again littered with SEC teams, as the league places five in the top seven and six in the top 11.

Well of course it does right now.....only two teams on the schedule finished in this years top ten: Texas A&M finishes #10 and LSU finishes #9, but then that doesn't really matter for next year. In addition to those two teams I suspect a couple others on the schedule have a very good chance at being ranked next year.

Hey....having a cup cake schedule is not what we want. You don't get to NC's on weak schedules.
