1966 Yamaha YA6 125 Santa Barbara, 125cc, 4 speed, rotary valve, dynamo electric start, 16 inch wheels, piece of crap and I am being kind, I worked on it constantly and pushed it more than it moved under its own power.....but that feeling when it ran, like flying on the ground, I am still hooked on it.

Mine was red.

1965 Honda C-110 50. I loved it. I wish I had never sold it.

"Close" to your first Tim! I had a new '68 or '69 Honda S-65 (S was for Slow!). Most of them were black or red, but my dad searched all of Ft. Worth and found a hard-to-sell WHITE one for $30 less!

1969 Honda Cb350 (6 volt). Bought from my math teacher for $150 in 1977. He had parked it in about 1973. I got it running on four year old gas! Then the head pipes fell off!! Slightly faster than the wild dogs that chased me around Rock Hill S. Carolina. MINI BIKES, MOPEDS BEFORE THAT..............

Most folks are nostalgic about their first bikes. NOT ME. Mine was a turd!! Second bike was an H2 with a 16" rear wheel and baffles removed. I destroyed it in 1981 installing a J.C Whitney REED KIT!! (Was I one of the first?) A few years ago I was able to buy that bike back and now its a J.C. Whitney/ Rz350 reed kitted HYBRID. The old H2 doesn't eat THESE reeds.....

My first street bike was a H2B (green) in 1979. I was 18. Only one other street bike before coming back to H2s was a Suzuki 1980/81? GS1000E. 2003 back to triples after my kids were out of the house
