Hours aren't a measurement of time, they are measured by RPM's. :lol: What an idiot this guy is http://allentown.craigslist.org/wan/3946991029.html Maybe instead of an hour meter he installed a rotation meter on the motor. If it has only went around 68.5 times, then yes it's basically new :roll:
