Sorry but that was the bikers fault. I think there was also more to it that happened while the bike was behind the car that we didn't see in the vid. It did look like the car would have had enough time to brake without hitting him, but it is hard to tell. The bike took off and I am assuming that the car started to accelerate as well. The bike should easily be able to out brake the car, its hard to tell if the bike was braking to hard and the car couldn't brake as fast as him.

If the car hit him on purpose it wasn't right, but the biker should have known better and this was totally avoidable.

He did not look that bad - I was thinking he would get up.
