I have searched for almost 2 years for a decent Suzuki RGV250 with no luck. To make the search even tougher
it has to been in Ca. and have a legit title here and current registration. I should be leaving this state for good
before next summer and maybe I should just wait since many other states make it easier to title one of these
cool little bikes. Would like some help in the search or maybe some advice. There easy to find in Canada and
Europe, and cheap too. Anyone here even rode one?

I had one for about two months. I bought it unseen, cheap from a work colleage going overseas too live. It had a leaking tank and a leaking radiator and thread tape on the kickstarter spline  That tells you a lot about the PO. Fixed that and more and thrashed the shite out of it for about half an hour of fun. What a bike, I loved it. Light, great handling, pretty fast, awesome. They are just too small for me. Im 6'4. So it had to go. :( I wished I was a short ass. Highly recommended for the smaller inclined people
Mine was a VJ21 wolf model (naked) Fairly rare I believe.

I haven't looked at that photo for a while. It actually makes me sad looking at it again. That's how much I liked the bike and wished I was a shortass. I just don't have room for a bike (small garage) that connects my knees with my elbows

I'm 6'4" and looked at one last fall. The RGV felt a little bigger than my FZR400 but much lighter. I didn't
get a chance to ride that one and really would want to try one before buying. Still search everyday on ebay,
craigslist and forums.

It's more room than my FZR400. I'm use to small bikes I guess.

How about a RG/RGV conversion? It will only cost you an arm and a leg! ;)

The RGV/RG conversion is the bike at the top of my list. There's a local guy here that has a replica RGV500 and it's so
cool. There is another local guy that has a TZ750 and rides Palomar Mt. on occasion.
