That's the problem with our legal system. There should be no trial, jail time. If you kill someone it should be your life that is taken as well. Its all a bunch of wasted dollars for ones that are outright guilty. They should bring back public hangings and stonings. I know there are some scum bags I wouldn't mind throwing some rocks at.
