i only watched about 30 mins but lane splitting seems much more dangerous than expected.
and the amount of car drivers that just carried on driving is obscene ,even after running of ridder and bike
oh well back to the garrage.

Why do so many cars have dash cams in Russia? Is it mandatory?

With all the corruption in the judicial system, they almost only take video as proof there now.
