I got one of those speed camera tickets mailed to me from Baltimore, MD. MD is nice, they include a couple of photos and a website link to the full size pictures. I called the phone number and told the nice lady who answered that if they gave me the 2011 Camaro that was in the grainy picture, I'd be more than happy to pay the $40.00 ticket.

The license plate on the Camaro was 1 letter off of the plate on my 1995 Saturn...a W instead of an M. MD dropped the ticket and included in the written dismissal that was mailed to me a couple of months later, there was an apology form letter.

Got a camera ticket for turning right after stop at a red light.So I watched the video online and I when I looked at it,my car stopped.Maybe not for more than a second but it stopped.So I said OK,I will go and fight it.So the only time with my schedule they could fit me in was 7.45 in the morning on Saturday.So anyway I go thought the trouble of showing up.There is a lady and a police man there.So she introduces herself and says,Hi am So and So and I am appointed to make a ruling on this ticket.So this lady has no background in law enforcement and she is just a paid worker appointed by the camera company to rule on the ticket,or at least that is way she told me. We watch the video and she says sorry,but you did not come to a complete stop.I said yes I did,and she said,well by my evaluation and judgment you did not come to a complete stop.I said this is a right turn on red after stop,there is nobody around and the car came to a complete stop if only for a split second.She said no that is not what I see,the vehicle did not come to a complete stop, I rule against you pay $100 for coming to have this hearing and that is that.I said well its your interpretation against mine.You say I didn't come to a stop and I say I did.She goes I rule against you and and you will have to pay........unless you want to pay the $100 plus another $75 and take it to a judge on you day off.Well,I said OK,thank you !!!! I walked out,tore the ticket up,threw it in the trash,never paid and never will..............End of Story !!!!!!!!!!
