He paid a buttload of money for it but I think it's worth it. It will be fun discovering what early parts are still on it. We didn't have anything but Hondas and Nortons around when I had my H2A and the Norton guys were very reluctant to race at all.

I had a very nice drag race last spring with the 1971 CB750 I am restoring now. I raced a 1973 Commando that I also restored a while back and it was absolutely a dead even race to just over 100mph and then we had to slow for the road. I was a sweet sound hearing both those old bikes screaming through the gears side by side.
