The only thing a cat would get here is to be turned into dog food by the wife's and daughter's dogs. I've lost count of the wildlife that's met the same fate.

Cats are fun.

Cats and dogs together are even more fun...if they get along.

Here is our dog and the neighbor's cat during a joint security patrol of the driveway.

When I start my 400, the dog runs, but the cat doesn't!

Cats are cool! They hang out with you, and sit on the bike. Dogs, well....... They like to "water" the tires........

Cats and dogs are better than kids in several ways......

They don't reguire much food.
They don't require TV, computers, internet, clothes, latest fashions, trips to the mall, allowence, cars, gas, insurance, cosmetics, jewelry, hair dye, etc, etc, etc.

They don't talk back, don't hold a grudge and are usually well behaved.

And if they give you too much grieve, you can (unlike kids) sell them, give them away, leave them somewhere else, take them to the pound or just shoot them and bury them in the back yard.

And the puppy is 'on duty' 24/7.
