Guess its time: with my now definitcly screwed right arm there are projects I will never tackle nor ride...And I need some advices from some 2 strokes lovers!

Full history:
I got 2 of them, one running and one incomplete, I sent the engine of the running one to Keith Lynas to be redone to the tune of $3100.00.
I took apart the rest of the bike and... stopped there following a nasty accident!
So the main bike is in crates:
Body needs work: both fenders are cracked, so some fiberglass work needed. Frame needs paint, wheels should be respoked. When I got it it was equipped with a pair of Mikuni, so the air filter is missing (I only have an ugly rubber boot), I still have a pair of the stock carbs in need of work... This bike has a title under my name, non op. Owner manual the size of a small yellow pages. 2 mufflers available needing paint and repacking.
Number 2 is a rolling chassis, no body, lower engine in (cylinders in a crate), was living outside for years... I wanted to do this with it:
