In fact, that cylinder had back luck twice. Despite of the misalignment between exhaust port and flange being almost 5mm, the PO bored it to 60.55mm, causing a freshly rebuilt engine clattering on center cylinder. Anybody seen this before? ![]() ![]() |

Scully, I figured it would be worth looking up: "Maximum thrust: max at sea level: 115,300 lbf (514 kN) ; world record set at 127,900 lbf (568,9 kN) 827 feet above sea level" 64 tons is a lotta thrust. |

Anybody seen this before? i have heard of people boring out the center cylinder a couple of thousanths bigger, to prevent sezuire and thats what you have in the 0.05mm extra of that dimension. mark |
