If I am not mistaken, I believe jhenise from the old board is/was working extensively on such an endeavor for his S2. I can't say how to contact him though...? |

thers enough room if you use smaller reed boxes ![]() i have rode henrys [magee] case reed h2 several times and its a great piece of kit good luck with the project ask henry about the drawbacks /problems mainly warping cases when welding it might save you a lot of grief in the long run |

i only did mine as it was more of a challange. It runs realy well just as Bill Baxter, Gary Clark and the NIpper can atest to. I do have a bit of a problem with carburation at high revs due t the connecting rods getting in the way of the inlet charge, Bill recons i only get 100 plusHP at te rear wheel. good luck, let me know if i can help. |

magee, thats what i was wondering. the rod and flywheels are right there and will cause all sorts of weird turbulence. considering the s seires is so small anyway, i figure some small reeds would def be the way to go. This is for an S2 BTW. still not sure whether to just do a convetional reed mod(much easier IMHO) or case reed or try to get the bolt-on adapter i designed made. or just leave it well enough alone ...... ![]() decisions. so, no one has done a case reeded s1, s2, or 400? ![]() |
