Beautiful bike Al, hope mine turns out half as good! I cut my rear fender off and painted it black a week after I got my bike in '72! That short guard is going on my current bike - but then, it's not going to be a stock rebuild! |

The fender thing is interesting, so it is not a eurofender, it is "the rest of the world-fender". Somehow U.S. bikes do look a little naked due to lack of fender, naturally its just because of i am used to it - as you AER005 said, it is originally been there. Btw Australia is beautiful continent, been there a couple of times. |

Yes, and New Zealand triples have rear fenders too. I agree they look better without. My 500 fenders a bit shoddy so i took it off but ill need one for my restoration. Of coarse theres none on US ebay so i gave up looking. |
