I'm about to have a set of these waterjetted. Maybe I should make a couple of extra sets.

They're for my new carb project where I'm gonna use RGV 250 carbs (TM34ss) on my H1.

Why were the Denco H1 34 mnl manifolds angled in toward the motor side of the manifolds ?????

Could it be because Kaw often cast the intake port off center of the studs? The smaller manifold adapter ID would allow them to be matched to the port and then subsequently enlarged with a smooth full taper from rubber manifold to the iron sleeve. Just a guess....

What would be a reasonable cost for a set of 3?

I really need a CNC mill. I do remember that at least one member recently got one... (another Jim maybe :-))

Depending on the price I'd be interested in at least one set, maybe two.

I believe Barry is asking why the bore of these adapters is tapered. The above seller states essentially what I answered:

"To finish them you will need to bolt it to the cylinder and the 28.28 mm end will need to be matched to the inlet port shape."

Very interested in a set as well. Would $40/$50 per adapter (or $120/$150 total) cover it?
