Hi

I am hoping to win an item on ebay but not sure if the seller will ship to the UK ( 2 bolts ) I have tried to contact him but currently awaiting a reply.
If he wont ship to UK is there anyone who may be able to help me with shipping , I can pay you the shipping through paypal

Sneck, just make sure he ships by USPS, with Priority Mail International usually being a good option.

have him package them securely in a padded mailer and use 1st class mail at a fraction of the cost.
He can now print 1st class international labels via ebay. But not via paypal.
I send 70% of my ebay sales abroad and almost every time, the 1st class mail beats the priority mail hands down.
I have had priority take weeks and 1st class get to the UK in less than a week.
Cheaper and faster, its a no brainer.
